Filter requests

Depending on your daily routine, you may need to work with certain privacy requests at different times. Apply filtering to only see the requests that have certain statuses.

Filter requests

  1. Click Subject requests in the left vertical menu in Soveren
  2. Click the döner menu button on the requests panel to see the filtering options; this is the button left to the + button
  3. Check or uncheck the statuses as you need:
    • Draft — requests you drafted manually but didn't create yet
    • Collect info — requests you haven't started processing yet
    • Review — requests you processed data and need to review results for
    • Approve — requests you're ready to edit and send a data subject report for
    • Done — requests you completed all the steps above for
    • Declined — requests you declined for any given reason
