Possible errors in privacy request processing

When processing a privacy request in Soveren, you might run into a processing error.

There are two types of errors: SaaS related and Soveren related. 

SaaS-related errors

SaaS-related errors may arise when a data source you integrated with your Soveren account is:

  • Unavailable to access data on its users due to maintenance, update, or otherwise
  • Failing due to errors in some of its components or updates of some of its components

If you see "Saas service is not available" in the Soveren user interface when processing a privacy request, it means you ran into a SaaS-related error.

Report the issue to support@soveren.io to see if we can help you in resolving the issue.

We can go through our logs, see the technical error details, and contact the SaaS support for you.

Soveren-related errors

Soveren-related errors may arise when Soveren is:

  • Unavailable to its users due to maintenance, update, or otherwise
  • Failing due to errors in some of its components or updates of some of its components

If you see "Internal automation error. Please process data manually." in the Soveren user interface when processing a request, it means you ran into a Soveren-related error.
